Residents of Acton and Val Verde could end up paying more for their water after the county supervisors vote on a recommendation to raise rates in those areas.

On Tuesday, the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors is expected to vote on a recommendation to raise water rates in county areas that include Acton and Val Verde.
